Terms and Conditions

1. The service

MożeQ takes text you submit — typed into the workspace or extracted from a document you upload — and uses AI to draft social media content for the channels you select. You review every draft before you use it. MożeQ does not post to any social network on your behalf; you copy the approved content and paste it into your own accounts.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate content. You may sign up with an email address and password, or with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Passes and transmissions

Access is sold as passes, not open-ended plans. Each pass grants a fixed number of transmissions (generation requests), a maximum number of channels per transmission and a validity window in days. Those numbers are shown on the pricing page for each pass and are the ones that apply to your account.

• Unused transmissions expire when the pass window ends and do not carry over.
• Each request includes one free regeneration; further attempts use a new transmission.
• Renewable passes continue for further windows until cancelled; single-window passes simply end.
• You must select a pass and accept these terms before the workspace unlocks.

4. Payment

Paid passes are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any local taxes that the provider calculates and adds at checkout. While payments run in test mode, no real money is taken and any pass you select is recorded as an intention to purchase with trial-level allowances applied.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and documents you submit. You grant us only the licence needed to process that material in order to produce your drafts. Subject to your payment obligations, the generated drafts are yours to use, edit and publish. AI output can be inaccurate — review every draft before publishing it, especially claims, statistics, names and legal or medical statements.

6. Acceptable use

You must not submit or generate material that:

• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative;
• impersonates a person or organisation without permission;
• contains malware, or attempts to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Uploads are limited to text-bearing PDF, DOCX and plain-text files of up to 10 MB. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its generation limits.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep MożeQ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI models, channels and features may change. If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version.

8. Liability

MożeQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in which the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost audiences or the consequences of publishing content you approved.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using MożeQ and request deletion of your account at any time. Ending a pass early does not create a right to a refund for unused transmissions unless the law where you live requires one.
