Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

This is a starter document that describes how MożeQ actually handles data. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed before you rely on it commercially.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — your email address, your display name, and the sign-in method you used (email, Google, Apple or Microsoft).
  • Consent record — the date and version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted.
  • Pass and usage data — which pass you selected, its status and window, and how many transmissions you have used.
  • Generation data — the prompt text you submit, the channels and options you choose, and the drafts produced for you.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We store only provider references such as a customer id; we never see or store your card number.

2. Documents you upload

PDF, DOCX and plain-text files are converted to text in your browser. The file itself is not uploaded or stored on our servers — only the extracted text is sent for generation, and it is kept with the resulting request so you can see what produced each draft.

3. Why we process it

  • To create your account and let you sign in securely.
  • To generate the drafts you request, in the language of your input.
  • To enforce pass allowances, channel limits and the single free regeneration.
  • To take payment for paid passes and to meet tax and accounting duties.
  • To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.

4. Who processes it

We use a hosting and database provider to run the application and store your data, an AI provider to generate drafts from your submitted text, and a payment provider for paid passes. These processors act on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you.

5. How long we keep it

Account, consent and pass records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we must keep financial records afterwards. Prompts and generated drafts stay in your history until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, pass record and generation history.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted per account by row-level security rules, so one account cannot read another's prompts or drafts. Multi-factor authentication is available on your account and we recommend switching it on.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent by closing your account. Contact us through the support address in your account and we will respond within the period the law requires.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for essentials only: keeping you signed in, and remembering that you dismissed the free-trial offer. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version. Related reading: our Terms and Conditions.
